Letting Fee – 7% + Vat of the annual rent.
Management Fee – 7% + Vat of the monthly rent. We also register the property each year with the RTB who currently charge €40pa, this expense is deducted annually from the rent and shown on the respective monthly statement of the landlord
A minimum monthly charge of €45 will apply
Overseas Landlords
Management Fee – 8% + VAT of monthly rent – this includes managing the withholding tax of 20% and monthly submissions to Revenue. We also register the property each year with the RTB who currently charge €40pa, this expense is deduced annually from the rent and shown on the respective monthly statement to the landlord
Let Only
Letting Fee – 7% + Vat of the annual rent. The RTB is the responsibility of the landlord
Other optional costs
A minimum charge of €400 + VAT will apply to take over a property already managed or let.
Administration charge of €400 + VAT will apply to a landlord who requires our services (References, Lease Agreement, check in) having found a tenant themselves.
